Jervois is a new boutique development of eight apartments in Herne Bay. Facing north on the ridgeline of Auckland’s most prestigious suburb, the design by Monk Mackenzie provides unobstructed harbour views. The building has a striking undulating façade, which animates light play and affords privacy to Jervois Road. The interior design is luxurious, with emphasis on quality materials and high-end design.

Jervois required marketing communications in order to gain interest and secure pre-sales. Positioning was a key consideration as it needed to appeal to people with wealth but also taste.

Each piece of communication was an opportunity to tap into the heart and soul of Herne Bay; the unique selling points that can not be attained by living anywhere else in Auckland. We created an oversized coffee table book, luxurious floorplan boxes, area photography by fashion photographer Scott Hardy and seamless digital sales tools to support the agents in charge of selling Jervois.
